Refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing and tax are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms).

Legendary skins are digital cosmetic items. They are tied to your account, need you to be signed in, and can be used for as long as the game is online. They have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged.

Refunds. If you're not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date, no questions asked. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or email Battlerwave@gmail.com. Refunds are processed by Paddle. When a purchase is refunded, the items it unlocked are removed from your account.
